Adults and children alike from Punnetts Town C.P. School are enjoying their weekly outings to the woods very much. We’ve been spotting signs of spring, identifying winter twigs, collecting kindling wood, hunting for invertebrates, building shelters for different creatures, building bridges over the stream, sawing and whittling greenwood, creating nature-god effigies from natural materials, playing lots of games and drinking hot chocolate. Thank you to all of Year 5 and Year 1 and their brilliant supporting adults. Looking forward to working with Year 3 and 4 next term.
